I don't really know how his name is spelled, but I love the congruence of taco (which is japanese for octopus) and bean.
While I spent a lot of the last week eating onigiri from the conveni for every meal, I was lucky enough to be around when Tacobean showed up with amazing gifts of sashimi, and salmon prepared every way possible: fried, grilled, sashimi, sushi... spectacular. The cuttlefish was also delicious.
